From Helsingor's FB page.

The coach team has shook the bag for tonight's match against Brabrand.

Dalton Wilkins, Daniel Norouzi, Elijah Just and Chris Cortez are all starting in.

After 2 rounds of the Promotion series Helsingor are 11th (of 12 teams) and Brabrand 1st.

A 2-0 away win for Helsingor. So good form turnaround for them against the top team, this in early rounds of the Promotion series.

Nice to see both Kiwi boys start as well. Full game for Wilkins, and Just who had a shot hit the cross bar was subbed at 85 mins.

Dalton Wilkins would be a good shout to replace Cacarce if he were interested.

A different type of LB, he would still offer an attacking outlet.

Just and Wilkins with full games as Helsingor beat Thisted 3-0.

Takes Helsingor up to 5th.

Looks like top 2 are promoted to the 2nd tier.

Helsingor are currently top (2 games to go) as shown below. The playoff points shown in the above link must get added to the regular season points.

Not sure what happens to the top 4 after that though as to automatic promotion or further playoff?

The 1 team that finishes top gets promoted.  2 games to go and two points ahead.  Down to the wire.

2 kiwi lads now starting and thriving....!  great to see, great to watch!

Virtual full games for both Kiwis (Just replaced at 90 mins), as Helsingor draw 0-0 at Jammerbugt, to clinch the 2nd Division (3rd tier) title.

Now promoted to 1st Division (2nd tier). Same level as Nikko Boxall's Viborg.

https://fchelsingor.dk/2020/07/04/oprykningen-blev-sikret-med-point-mod-jammerbugt/

Both Just & Wilkins were signed on 3 year deals (2 years to go), their team has been promoted, and of course they have come through Ole. On face of it unlikely in near future to be Nix signings.

Wonder whether Helsingor's American owners will be looking at any other Ole players, like those with Torslanda in Sweden. Could even be an option for McCowatt if he doesn't re-sign with the Phoenix.

champions - nail biting draw!  Tough away game but did enough to win the title.  Eli relishing the playing time at business end of session with 4 straight starts with the team going 3 wins and today's draw!  Shout out to Dalton too as another grabbing the opportunity with both hands!  Very happy to watch and onwards and upwards.  Well done lads!

Neither Kiwi in match day squad as Helsingor lost 3-2 at Bispebjerg (a Danish lower league side) in Danish Cup (DBU Pokalen) 1st round.

Looks like Helsingor played some new signings plus U19 players.

Not great news for the Nix, but I did think it could be a possibility.

Helsingor start their season in the Danish 2nd tier by hosting Silkeborg.

Silkeborg were relegated from the Superliga (top tier) at end last season, which finished back in July.

Just and Wilkins both start. No McCowatt in match day squad.

4-2 win for Helsingor. Jeppe Kjaer with a hat trick.

Just subbed at 85 mins. Unfortunately Wilkins came off earlier at 32 mins after taking a heavy knock.

Helsingør with a 3-0 win away at Hvidovre.

Just with the 2nd goal. Subbed off at 75 mins, when Helsingør 2-0 up.

No Wilkins (injured) in match day squad. No McCowatt either - was mentioned in Flying Kiwis he was still waiting on his work permit.

Hvidovre were a middle table 8th in the 2nd tier last season. Very early days, but Helsingør may develop as promotion candidates to the Danish top flight.

Finishes 3-0 to Helsingor. Early days but they are top of the table.

Not only winning, but quite convincingly to date.

Just subbed off at 72 mins, when 2-0 up.

Helsingør's perfect record looks in jeopardy as they trail 2-0 at HT to Esbjerg.

Just only Kiwi involved. No Wilkins or McCowatt in match day squad.

Finished 2-1 to Esbjerg.

Helsingør were down to 10 men from 66th min mark, which wouldn't have helped their comeback chances.

They stay top for now, on GD from Esbjerg, but some teams below them (like Nikko Boxall's old club Viborg) have games in hand.

Hopefully McCowatt gets a game soon. Wilkins I presume out injured.

Mate of mine over there played a game for a local team at Helsingør Stadium on the weekend. Helsingør under-16s played before him and were apparently ridiculously good (he reckoned they would win Central League). They had Andreas Christensen's nephew and a Laudrup playing for them.

Helsingor (6th) with a 2-1 win over Fremad Amager (5th)

Just subbed off at 66 mins and McCowatt subbed on at 53 mins. Score 1-1 when both subs made.

Wilkins still out injured.

Nikko Boxall's old club Viborg out in front by 8 points, and still unbeaten.

Comes off bench at 59 mins in a 2-1 win at Vendsyssel (10th). Already 2-1 at that point.
McCowatt subbed off at 62 mins, same time Liam Jordan bought on.
Still no Wilkins.
4 wins since season restarted for Helsingor (4th). But still 13 points off the top two.

From this week's Flying Kiwis.

"Happy days. Even happier than usual as FCH’s fifth win in a row means they’re now guaranteed to make the top half promotion rounds – the last third of the season sees the league split into top half and bottom half, carrying on from where they left off and in the case of the top half, the teams that finish first and second at the end of that get promoted to the SuperLiga. That’s unlikely to be FCH given that they’re currently fourth with a fair distance to cover to catch the top three... but they’re gonna be playing meaningful games the rest of the way. Hell of an achievement for a team that just got promoted back to this level (the other bonus of the top six of course being that they cannot be relegated from this position).

They saved the drama for late against Hvidovre. Callum McCowatt had started and played 62 minutes in a real battling contest, with FCH playing well with a few chances initially but they were under a fair bit of pressure by the end of that first half. McCowatt’s best moment probably when he won the ball and played Nicklas Mouritsen in but the cutback to Lucas Haren came back off the post. McCowatt did have the odd shot as well but it was proving tricky to find much space in those attacking areas against a strong defence.

A triple sub on 62 mins saw McCowatt sacrificed... yet Eli Just was one of the fellas who was brought on so fair enough. Liam Jordan was another and he nearly scored a couple times as FCH picked up tempo down the stretch before finally, in the 87th minute, they made one count. Just to Mouritsen, hit flatly in towards Jordan... and LJ did the rest. Then just to make sure of things, Eli Just added a second in stoppage time all for himself. A 2-0 win for FCH. Just’s fourth goal of the season."
