Presumably he's going there to immediately go in goal. Braintree are 20th in the National League (5th tier), only above the relegation spots on GD. This is the same level as Jamie Searle at Forest Green Rovers (2nd), but it seems unlikely Searle will get even one league match this season with FGR tracking well and him a constant on the pine.
