Full game for Rising (1st Western Pacific Conference) in a 2-1 win over Orange County SC (3rd). Still no Billingsley.

Must be chance for those AWs friendlies in October, with a few CB/DM candidates likely to be unavailable. Phoenix are probably already mathematically in the USL playoffs, so I'm sure they would let him go in need no worries.
