I'd say he isn't in them for the fact that he isn't going into the MLS. If he was the teams wouldn't be so worried about his international status and he would be number 1 if not top of the draft picks probably depending on if he won tonight and the risk of a visa spot.
Since he isn't, I think it signals what others have said that he is going someone else.
