This guy has Bell as No 1 in his Mock Draft, going to Beckham's new MLS side Inter Miami. But then goes on to say Bell probably has options in Europe, plus he turned down a Generation Adidas contract.

Neither Virginia midfielder Joe Bell or Virginia forward Daryl Dike signed their Generation Adidas offers on Monday, but if Bell or Dike joins Generation Adidas as a last minute addition, then that will probably be the top pick in the 2020 MLS Super Draft.
