Yes, but not in an official competition
From Lobos web: "...Played for Canadian U-20 in friendlies in Mexico City in summer of 2012"
Also, he's eligible to play for NZ already so even if he does play youth football in an official competition for Canada it wouldn't count him out of playing for the AWs in the future.
