Ott would be a handy sort of pick up, if the Nix do get a side in the OFC Pro League.

That's providing there was no animosity when the club released him a few years ago.

A little bit of a disappointing move this one - League One in NSW, the level below NSW NPL where he was with Sydney Olympic. But apparently Bankstown have a bit of coin behind them too.

Yeah that is a bit disappointing
Can’t have been any ALM clubs interested

And maybe he told Sydney Olympic, he wants to have a football break later this year before doing the OPL again Jan next year

Noting Olympic could qualify for the 2nd tier Australian Championship and play right through to October-November

AFC will probably be looking to add another CB with Hall and JGR leaving.

Sydney Olympic have been the biggest movers in the window as they attempt to steer clear of relegation danger, bringing in a host of new faces including Zac Zoricich, Seth Clark, Jok Akuien and former Australian youth international Panayioti Armenakas. The club has also seen Adam Bugarija arrive as they look to inject fresh quality and experience into their squad.

They join former NZ U17 rep Anton Isaako at Olympic. He's only just recently cracked the first team over there having played a lot for the U23's this season.

The guy in the photo at the top of that article is James Bayliss btw. He's gone back to Marconi which is a little odd given I'd heard he was being elevated to Aucklands A-League squad. That's obviously come to pass it seems.

Lachlan Candy has popped up over the past couple of months at Oakleigh Cannons in Victoria as well, featuring in eight games for their U23 side and scoring eight goals (two hattricks in that). Oakleigh top of the table in the Victorian NPL as it stands going into the final stretch of the season.
