Aidan Munford has a new home in the ACT, having moved to NPL Capital Football outfit Gungahlin United in the off season.
They started their season last weekend with a 6-0 win over Tuggeranong United. He also made the Capital Football team of the week for his troubles.Screenshot_2024-04-10-22-12-12-25_1c337646f29875672b5a61192b9010f9.jpg275.31 KB I've been a bit lacking on coverage for Australian based Kiwis this year, but the player i've kept an eye out for the most would have to be Luka Coveny - He's been playing basically week in, week out for their VPL side (the tier below NPL). Wouldn't surprise me if he were to earn a scholarship deal over the next wee while, especially if Western United pivot towards developing their youth and promoting from within their own setup ala what most of the A-League teams are doing already.
