How do we know the other guy is a better coach... because he's worked overseas longer, played football for a better team as a player??
The question is, who is the best coach for Libby and he clearly thinks Muscat is.
Well, I don't *know* for sure, clearly. But I can see that he has managed at the highest level in France, Spain, and Belgium, and he is currently managing a team/club that is better than Sint Truiden - so I've made a fairly obvious statement.
