The lad that usurped Marko in the starting XI a while back - Christos Mouzakitis - is being courted by several Premier League clubs, so it's been a bit of a battle to get back into the starting XI off the back of his form earlier in the season. In saying that though, his form has dropped off a little bit of late (to be expected from an 18 year old).
Hopefully Marko continues to see more game time for the remainder of the Greek season - We need him to be firing heading into 2026.
Remarkably, he's still on track to win three league titles, in three seasons, at three separate top tier European clubs. Quite the unique achievement should it eventuate.
Nottingham Forest should take the hint and get him back to England for next season! 😉
