I think at a National and Regional level the womens competitions and development structures don't seem equivalent or as progressive as the mens even though our Football Ferns team are ranked at 23rd in the world. And we all know how progressive the mens system is.. There is much more potential in the Womens game to get the early gains due to the slow adoption of other countries. Good on Maya for going to a place where Womens football is treated better. You reap what you sow NZF
