Thanks for update Top Left. Had wondered what had happened to Den Heijer. Hopefully he can stay in Holland.

Seems a determined young guy, looking to forge his own path. From memory turning down NZ age group invites (not happy with coaching style?), getting himself to Europe and doing his own marketing to clubs etc.
