So Niigata ended up J2 champions! With that comes promotion to J1.

Fitzgerald played 27 of 42 games, with the 1 goal.
Socceroo Thomas Yeng with 8 games, after joining the club injured.

Hopefully 34 yr old Fitzgerald is retained by Niigata.

For some reason the Michael Woud thread seems corrupted.

Kyoto Sanga (14th) host Cerezo Osaka (4th). With 2 games left Kyoto re only 1 pt above the drop zone. Maybe Woud becomes the no 1 keeper if they got relegated and current first choice GK moved on.
