I'd be very keen to see how he'd go at ALM level. To me he's the sort of guy who's career could have gone better if went through say the structured Weenix Academy. I think that would have made him a better player than doing that Nike Academy thing, and then relying on agents & some luck to find gigs around USL, Sweden, South Africa & Canada - interspersed with NZ National League stuff. That's a harder road.
