I find the KPIs interesting. More based on increasing A league attendances, memberships and even more interestingly fox sports subscriptions. You'd think an initiative like this would have KPIs like "increased participation in schools" player development in skill areas, or even increased number of players going from school to NYL - A league sides (or even just sticking with the sport after school). 

Instead it is: 


Shows to me that its more of a concentrated marketing initiative for the A league, rather than a player development program.
