On that there was a very small article about Krishnas goal celebration and Rudan's after match comment and nothing really in depth on last nights game on "Stuff". not even headlines in the sports section as at 2pm.
There was story at halftime on Krishna's goal celebration, an updated 650 word match report at fulltime, and then Mark Rudan's comments about the shootings later that night. Rudan didn't want to talk about the game, which didn't give the media much to work with in terms of game reaction. Both stories though were leading the Stuff sport page on Sunday night. At 2pm, a full 17 hours later, the next day though both of those stories would have been overtaken by newer stories.
