Hard to find the Dutch Eredivisie for free (or even to pay) online in NZ.
I've found this legal website where you can watch for free the weekly one hour Eredivisie Highlights Show that Sky used to broadcast.
It's geo-blocked in NZ but a VPN will enable you to watch it and other football and sports.
