I'm not sure where your based Ryan, but if you're in/near the Hutt I can recommend having a chat to Paul at Brew Zealand in Petone... he knows his stuff and is happy to share his knowledge (and no, not just to sell you stuff lol).

Myself, I've lost by brewing mojo since moving and buying a house (too many other things to spend $$$$ on) but when I get my ducks in a row am keen to move from a basic extract setup to BIAB. Have seen a couple of demos at BZ and it looks to be the next logical step for a beginner (without many hundreds to spend on a Grainfather setup - haha).

Went past BZ the other day and it appeared to have closed down...might be wrong though.

Also...Had a Moa Sour Cherry Lambic a couple of days ago. Awful stuff.
