Making a brew of porter at the moment. Experimented by toasting some coconut and putting it in after racking off. Hope it will turn out like the Kereru product. Bottling tonight
You do all grain or extract brewing?
I'm toying with the idea of trying to make a Baltic Porter. Need to improve my fermentation facilities for a Lager yeast beer though.
