Homestay type accommodation in Wellington

Looking for homestay option in/near central Wellington for 2019:

16 going on 17 academy boy. Clean living likeable kid 

Requirements: 

Safe comfortable home, own room, good nutrition options

Close to Martin Luckie / Boyd Wilson or easy transport there

Needs easy transport option to Westpac Stadium - studying at NZIS

Will be away most of October

Useful if you live adjacent some flat land and you have a son/daughter/neighbour in the 15-20 year age range that fancies themselves as a goalkeeper.
