Neither byes or leg byes are charged against bowlers. They go into extras because there's nowhere else to put them, but they don't affect bowler's figures (the only way they do is if a bowler bowls an over in which the only runs scored were byes/leg-byes, then such an over is not considered a maiden although the bowler himself was not charged with giving away any runs).
