I would have McCullum and Guptill opening, Flynn at 3, Ryder at 5.

I like the idea of Guppy @ three... gives JR & McCullum license to go ape sh*t (with either one or both to come off) and give our innings some impetus, then Guppy comes in to settle it down and looking to bat through with Taylor to follow... Flynn/Oram/Broom at five/six and seven depending on the situation (ie: if it's 30+ over then bring in Oram, earlier bring in Flynn to look to bat through to the 40th-ish etc) with Vettori, Mills, Southee then Patel/Bond (hehe) at the end.
Assuming everybody's fit of course
in other words - replace Oram with Franklin
