alot of guys are getting picked young and having to learn their trade at international level which isnt ideal but when they have learnt all they can from our domestic cricket what else can be done.
i think we all know the gap between our domestic league and international is quite large so we need a link for our young talents.
 
ive always thought trying to get some to play in the aussie domestic leagues would do a world of good but cant see them wanting to give up spots for their youngsters. maybe a nz team in their comp? would that even be feasable at all? im not sure
