I think thats where I stand on it - Yeah, India suck overseas, but we hadn't beaten them for yonks, so to do so is a fantastic accomplishment even once you take context into consideration.
Also, we did get a little lucky with the decisions on the final day, but the fact that DRS would have saved them just makes it hilariously ironic rather than something they can use as a legitimate excuse, top stuff.
Anderson got gypped in the first innings with a horrendous call. It goes both ways.
The only person banging on that same drum about India away from home is JV. We are #8, they are #2. Not sure how many players were in the squad when they were #1 but probably a few (Dhoni, Khan, Ishant...). It is a superb achievement to beat such a talented side in a test, regardless of where it was played.
I swear there are people out there who enjoy seeing the Black Caps lose just to suit their argument/POV.
