Yeah pretty sad for cricket in NZ in general. I think both Lou and 'Mr X' were pretty popular personalities within the game until this happened. I'm good friends with Mr X's brother and have defended him while the allegations have been about but now it seems the fire to the smoke is well and truly ablaze and he's actually not the great person we all thought he was (really enjoyed his commentary too) but it will be particularly hard for his brother to swallow, as well as all the fans who have idolised him.
I guess this is a result of the mad dash for the T20 cash circus too, everyone really wanted to get rich from it and the old players knew their days were numbered so were more desperate than others. At least they didn't fix for NZ, I guess (hope).
