Well Lou is putting it out there. I fear as a result for one very famous NZ player who has been in the news recently. He could see time for a variety of reasons. There is a common reference to a Mr X who seems to have been Lou's boss. Do we think it is the same guy?
It will be very sad if it is, as the person has been there for a number of my favourite NZ cricket memories, and was one of my cricketing heroes growing up. I didn't want to believe it, and was adamant he was innocent despite the previous unproven allegations, but I just can't see who else it could be given the information that has come out. Incredibly sad how anyo. ne could do that to a sport they supposedly love.

I think he was a great loss to NZ cricket. Still furious with Bracewell for turning him back into an opening hacker a la Spearman after he had spent his season with Auckland becoming a great 3 or 4 in first class cricket with some patient big centuries. More talented than Kane Williamson. Possibly with a larger range of shots than Ross Taylor, though who can say about the eyes and the hands...
