I read somewhere - I think it was on Cricinfo - that Vincent had admitted to spotfixing during a County game, so that would be under ICC jurisdiction. I guess the ICL stuff is supporting evidence for the stuff they do have control over.
That's actually quite interesting... A few of these games happened outside of the ICC competitions so what can the ICC anti corruption do to this 'Mr X' (snigger) in that respect? Surely its only the games that fall under the banner of the ICC that the ICC can take action of? The police can look at it in a wider sense but...
