Agree with this which is why I referenced if he has grown up. He did get picked in the last series from my vague recollection so I think perhaps he may have redeemed himself. I think Coach Potter has really enforced the no dickheads policy and its working. Does anyone actually miss Drunk Ryder and his mates Excuses Ryder, Fullofshark Ryder, Cringe Ryder and A&E Ryder? Any room in the test set-up for Elliot? I'd expect him to be around the NZ ODI and T20 setup for a while now. He's fit, hit a performance peak and keen to play on (and seems important as a leader in the squad).
