Losing Anderson/Neesham has really upset the balance of this side. Given you can't play N McCullum at 6 and you need a bowling option there, they've had to pick Santner who probably isn't quite there yet. That's then meant that McCullum can't really bat 8 as you need a quick option. If the bowling thing wasn't an issue they could have played Latham at 6.
