Afternoon all...
We're just starting to organise our cricket team for the coming season and looking for recruits. We're social but competitive and down a few players from last year. I'm out with a serious injury so will be handing over the captain's reins for this season but will still help to organise things in my absence.
We are a well run team, very organised, a lot of fun and get along well with a core of the team being around for about 15 years now.
Practice is optional.
Is being any good optional too?
If you've played before, it's an advantage but we've turned backyard specialists into decent players before.
