People in Upper Hutt are sick of Roads not getting proper repairs, Water pipes in the streets not getting proper repairs and the forever growing empty shops in Main Street because business rates are too high. IF she addresses those 3 key issues , she stands a chance. But if she wants to concentrate on continuing the arty crafty works for parks ( A recent trend in the last 3 years) and cycle ways, she might as well throw the towel in now.
