Aff (Arthur): Crikey I'm somewhat fatigued!

http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2013/jul/14/george-zimmerman-normal-life-family

"Clearly he's a free man in the eyes of the court, but he's going to be looking around his shoulder for the rest of his life," said Robert Zimmerman Jr, George's brother, who has acted as the family's spokesman since the shooting.

"There are factions, there are groups, there are people that would want to take the law into their own hands or be vigilantes in some sense if they think that justice was not served. They won't respect a verdict no matter how it was reached and they will always present a threat to George and his family.

I wonder if Bob Dylan Jr appreciates the irony of his words?

Linda Clarke getting it wrong. Said she wanted to come down and give Sir Bob Jones  a  "Rod Vaughan".

However Sir Bob punched Rod Vaughan (when Rod tracked Bob down by helicopter to a remote river in Taupo).

"The lads are looking a bit underdone guv. I could arrange an extra training session Sunday."

"Nah. Sundays I pop out to Khandallah and enjoy nine holes then rest up."

"Oh, right. Say, I didn't know there was a golf course in Khandallah."

"Three sisters I know. Wild chicks.'

"Oh! Wow! Lucky bastard. Hope it doesn't get complicated."

"Yeah well, at the end of the day you've got what you've got and you choose what you choose."

Heard the one about the two cannibals and the clown? First cannibal turns to his mate and says, 'Thought he tasted a bit funny.' Second cannibal burped loudly then said: 'At the end of the day you've got what you've got and you choose what you choose.'

I see an American company has bought a 23,400 hectare farm in Canterbury.  So where are the anti foreign investment/land purchases brigade?  The silence is deafening!  At least Winston is consistent on this.

If humans ever have to abandon Earth, Mars might be our best bet. It will be in the habitable zone until the sun dies in 6bn years. "The only problem with Mars is that it doesn't have much atmosphere," said Rushby.

Oh drat!  It will be just like the RoF last season then.

Yeah but the lack of gravity would surly suit Ricki's hoofball tactic of playing it to big guy up front?  For when the AW's come to town/planet?

About a week ago John Key, on his Twiiter feed, celebrated NZ having the lowest gender pay gap in the OECD.  I looked it up and it's true.

However the gap, at 7%, has stayed unchanged for 10 years. Since then, in the OECD, two nations, France and Italy, have got worse and the others have improved...  ( about five with no 2000 data)

Hmm...
