Correct - to a degree. And I do agree with you The Maori party is for all NZers - including non-Maori - who feel Maori issues are the most important issue for them. Hence why I support their legitimacy (though I myself will never vote for them).

The only way in which they appeal strictly to Maori voters is that they only run candidates in the Maori electorates.
