NZFC....ordered some merchandise from them....suppose to be 4 days...ordered it 8/11, sent another email 18/11....no reply...then rung and left a message....no one answers the phone there

haha I think your right....complain about them on here then send another email and bingo they reply and the tops arrive that day!
