Casual employees

Why is it I am held accountable when some usless little sh*t decides that they can't work a shift even though they have been begging for extra shifts as they need the money?

Don't blame me if you don't get shifts from now on!!! And grow the f**k up, I am not your parents. Learn to read a f**king roster and dont blame me when you get your days mixed up!
