Companies that are incapable of keeping their word.
I Ordered something, it arrived via courier, (who I might add never knocked so it was left out in the rain all day).
My order came with 2 things missing.
Email the guy, sorry he says I'll send it the one thing you will get it friday, (it's not here), but I've run out of the other thing and I won't be able to get it until next Tuesday.
I wouldn't have bought the thing if it came incomplete!
Nobody takes any pride in their work at all these days. Why is it that most companies just do not bother to look after their customers?

I have just this minute given up all things Microsoft for almost the same reason. My Xbox360 was meant to be fixed around a year ago under warranty but after farting around and sending the return packaging to the wrong address twice they are now trying to charge me $182 because the warranty has run out. f**kers!
