No, my ego boost is having someone special who loves me.....maybe its because she is the first in ages but I don't need others hitting on me to boost my ego.And the ones hitting on her know full well she is taken, according to her they are her 'friends', one of them has met me several times but its the same people over and over again who do not give up.�� I would go and give them a jab in the jaw to shut them up but then she will get angry with me and it will be my fault (as usual Are boys not the same??

homer, how about taking it as a compliment that guys find your girl so attractive, they try hitting on her? If she truly does like you and is a decent girl, she won't make anything of other guy's advances. If she does end up cheating on you, then she never really liked you in the first place and wasn't a good enough quality woman for you anyway.
Oceanic6 is right. ALL women love attention. Girls will let guys hit on them, buy them stuff etc. just to make themselves feel validated that they are attractive to the opposite sex. Don't be a schmuck and get jealous. Just shows her you are insecure.
