Almost stepping on a large spider bigger than a ping pong ball next to my bed and getting such a fright whn he runs at me that I jump out of the way and collide with the bedpost bruising my stomach. then looking all over for him to discover he is calmly sitting on my bare knee making me get another fright and flick him off then spend ten minutes trying to catch him without damaging any of his legs, then releasing him outside but he catches the attention of my cat so have to protect him and now my pulse rate is still through the roof, i'm cold and i have a mega sore tummy...
