yer it pisses me off that I get to go home after 8 hours of work. I'd much rather work a 12 or 16 hour day.
the 40 hour week is a load of crap, most companies pay a 37.5 hour week, but in theory I'd expect most people workl a lot longer than that. IMO Unions are nothing but a waste of time....giving the slackers a voice and the ability to keep their jobs, when those of us who are able to negotiate due to actually doing their job well, can manage perfectly well without paying some levy to a faceless entity.
