People on busses/trains with mp3 players/personal music playign devices who play the music loud enough that people 5 metres away can hear it. Turn the freaking music down or get some decent head phones you inconsiderate p****s.
Look for the guy in NY mid 90s who recommended someone turn their sounds down and then got shout. Ouch!!
