Bloody Vodafone had my broadband 'restricted' this morning so I rang them up to find out the problem, apparently my account was in arrears, I tell them "I've paid the account on Friday." "We have no record of that sir, can you give me the payment details?" "No, I can't log into my internet banking without internet access." "Oh I didn't think of that." Well duh, common sense obviously isn't one of the job requirements. Now I'm home at lunch time and my restriction has been lifted. So I ask, why restrict it in the first f**king place?!?
