Just got off the phone with them. They're investigating it and getting back to me because neither the guy on the phone or his supervisor knew what to do about it. I think the guy sensed that I was unhappy to have no internet so was pretty sheepish. He may want to get someone who does know what they're talking about to call me back though, so he doesn't have to put me on hold every time he has to consult his (equally uninformed) supervisor. If they tell me I'm liable the next phone conversation will be interesting to say the least.
