We recently left Vodafone because of their poor service and loooooong waiting times when ringing the call centres. We would get our internet 'restricted' once a month because our bill 'hadn't been paid' simply because I chose to use internet banking, I'd pay on the friday, internet restricted on saturday morning, money would go through monday, internet unrestricted monday lunchtime. Every month for about a year this happened. We hadn't had any problems with them the first 3 years though. Then when we switched telcos without sending us a final balance they sent us a nasty letter telling us if we didn't pay the 'overdue' balance within 4 days they'd take legal action. To be fair when I rang them up though they were very good about giving us a few more days to pay.
