We would get our internet 'restricted' once a month because our bill 'hadn't been paid' simply because I chose to use internet banking, I'd pay on the friday, internet restricted on saturday morning, money would go through monday, internet unrestricted monday lunchtime. Every month for about a year this happened.
I'm sorry I had a bit of a chuckle about this - but can imagine how annoying and frustrating this would have been.
