Ive had similar things with bus drivers here in hamilton. One day the bus broke down, the bus driver just yelled. "bus is broken down, everybody off, you'll have to walk".

My fave. I had a driver SCREAM at me "no I don't go there!" My crime? I asked if the bus went to Seatoun.
More amusingly.... In mid 80s Welly. The driver stopped looked back and then said loudly "oh sh*t!". He then opened door and ran... Me and other passengers, a bit lost, stayed seated until the guy behind me yelled "we're on fire!".... EEK!!!
