Football being called a product, fans being called consumers, leagues and teams being called a brand and especially teams beaing referred to as franchises.... Stick your corporate bollox up you arse.
Get real. That's exactly what professional football is... an entertainment product.
There's plenty of amateur football around if you want to keep it real.
Is that so? I seem to remember football being professional when I was a kid but nobody called it a product or their team a franchise.
