i seem to be having a bit of a pissed off day today next rant we have been waiting to get an upgrade on our broadband for the last month and are no closer now than we were a month ago, the reason we have been given for the upgrade not happening is that the wooden pole outside our house is being replaced by powerco sometime in the future, why can the powerco workers not change the wires from the old pole to the new pole when they replace the pole it just seems stupid to say you cannot upgrade because a pole is being changed sometime. at least give me a time frame just do not leave me hanging.
i have emailed powerco to ask them when the pole is being changed but they have chosen not to reply to my question
