Why do Kiwi's build their loft water tanks in such a place that only a Hobbit can physically remove a ballcock without dismantling the whole tank?
18 years I've been here and I get that "doing it yourself" is a biggy but understand that when you do you are f***ing it up for the next poor sod who lives in your house who has spend 8 hours sorting out your sh*tty job.
Drives me insane.
I just wish kiwi guys would leave it up to professionals who know what they are doing.
Don't buy houses off those who build their own!
It's a solid earthquake proof little masterpiece made of strong kiwi timber from way back. He just did all the "stuff" (later on), himself. It's a beautiful place.
