Round 3 of the Chatham Cup this weekend

Miramar Rangers v Tawa DaveyF KO 2pm, Saturday

Yes it happened, Miramar got a home game in the Chatham Cup, the last one they had was in 2014 (when they beat Wests 1-0), since then they have played 10 games, all away, and traveled to Masterton (twice), Napier, Christchurch & Auckland.. oh as well as the Hutt Valley.

Miramar had a bye in Round 1 and beat Wellington United 4-2 in the last round

Tawa beat Stokes Valley 4-3 in Round 1 and Upper Hutt City 3-1 in Round 2

Petone beat Lower Hutt City 4-1 & Naenae 5-0 to get here, Wests beat Wainuiomata 7-0 & Napier Marist 7-1

The only all Central League clash in this round, a rematch of the 2011 final (which Rapa won 2-1)

Napier City Rovers beat Havelock North Wanderers 3-1 in the first round and Wellington Olympic 2-1 in the second

Wairarapa United had a bye in the first round and then beat Island Bay United 4-2
