Rolling Subs should not be happening in Cap 5 I thought. I understand it is from 6 down.
I think you'll find it isn't supposed to happen in 6 either. We only do it if the other team agress. And the main reason we do it is so that everyone gets more of a game. At the end of the day, we are a social team so it's much easier to keep everyone happy if you can roll on and off subs.
